1. The Marketplace

Overhead connects venues offering ceiling tile space with advertisers. The product Overhead manufactures and ships is a printed stretch-fabric cover with an elastic edge that fits over a host’s existing ceiling tile; Overhead does not supply or replace ceiling tiles themselves. Overhead holds advertiser payments in escrow and releases host payouts against verified proof of display.

2. Hosts

3. Advertisers
